Hi, I’m Rick Muenchau.
In 2021, a spinal-cord injury fused my neck from C2 to T2 and nearly took everything from me — my movement, my career, and my sense of purpose. But I refused to let that be the end of my story.
Step by step, I rebuilt. First my body, then my mindset, and finally my business.
The Rebuild Movement was born from that fight — a space for people who’ve been knocked down but aren’t done yet. I share what I’ve learned about recovery, faith, and digital freedom so others can rebuild their lives and income with the same resilience that brought me back.
This isn’t a comeback. It’s a rebuild — and you’re invited to join me.
